As a fitness professional, I want you to understand how important creativity is to fitness marketing success. You must strive to provide an ever changing environment. You must strive to tackle weakness and movement dysfunction head on! You must learn primal movement.

I may be way off but I believe the average fitness trainer knows very little about the human body. Most personal trainers are people who love to work out and are blessed with good genetics.

The success of your personal training programs will be greatly dependent on your ability as a trainer to market yourself as having the ability to restore a client's body. The human body looks beautiful when it has functional unrestricted recruitment of all anatomy necessary to compete in the arena of life.

? Are you doing your Job as a trainer?

? Do you know anatomy and physiology?

? Do you understand progression and movement?

? Do you know how to spot a breakdown in function and pinpoint exactly what is going wrong?

? Which muscle is not firing?

? Which hip is too tight?

? Why they look funny in plank?

? Why leg appears longer?

If you can that's great! I commend you! If you can't then you need a coach!

You need to relearn PRIMAL movement and understand its importance to true adaptive change.

Suppose you could laser sculpt your clients and make them want to hug you because they were so impressed. Imagine...them singing your praises everywhere they go.

Sounds too good to be true?

Well, it isn't if you have the right training methods

Think about it...

A rock hard stomach is one of the most sought after goals in fitness. It truly makes a person feel amazing to have great abs.

Simply put, it is almost everyone's fitness dream.

But Creating That Masterpiece Is The Hard Part...

It could take you years and can cost you a small fortune to figure out just the right combinations that make some fitness routines work - while others fall flat on their face.

Parkour training, or movement, is a "natural" form of training that dates back to ancient tribal cultures. Back in the 1800's there was no such thing as a training regimen. Parkour is the seamless flow of movement over a terrain in a spontaneous and non-predictive manner. There is nothing superhuman about the movements. In fact, most of your clients should be able to train like this to some extent.

This is extreme human movement and it is possible for all of us to reach some degree of mastery in our bodies.

So you get out of your own heads, stop wasting time with protein supplements and restricted range of motion exercises. Stop thinking you can train your clients just like you train yourself!
